They tended to focus on the immediate sale and commission, ignoring future implications, and providing only two ways to close a deal, cash or conventional financing.
Our frustration with the "status quo" Realtor led us to obtain our real estate licenses. Initially, we were primarily interested in the education and access to market data that was only available to Realtors. However, we soon realized that we could provide a higher level of real estate service to the public by applying our investing, rehabbing, and property management experience to real estate sales .
We formed the sales and marketing team "For Sale Options" to provide home buyers and sellers with both traditional and creative purchase and sales options.
